GENERAL SUMMARY:
We are looking for customer-service oriented professionals to support the needs of Kendall's Business Office. This office is responsible for handling all financial and cashiering functions for the school and is situated in our newly remodeled "Center of Excellence". This position is responsible for supporting student inquiries and the accuracy of all student accounts and other accounts receivable activity for the assigned area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for targeting delinquent accounts and facilitating collection.
- Handles inquiries related to outstanding student balances.
- Monitors payment plans and processes.
- Works closely with Financial Aid office and other staff to resolve student balances.
- Works with our Kendall Concierge to facilitate student questions and concerns.
- Shifts may include evenings and weekends.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Previous customer service oriented cashiering preferred.
- Must be highly organized and have a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer-service.
- Must be able to work independently and with a high degree of accuracy.
