The ideal candidate will have a Financial Services background whether that's working directly for the bank or indirectly via a reputable management consultancy practice. They will be degree educated with a fantastic academic record. Depending on the level that you would like to apply you will need considerable experience of delivery change projects and managing staff to complete such projects.
