The Company:
Market leader in the financial software are looking for a SME product consultant / technical specialist to work client reporting extension. If you have financial software, reporting experience and enjoy the client management side of the business, this is the role for you.
Role Description:
Consulting Implementation
- Deliver consulting implementation assistance to new and existing clients
- Requirements analysis solution design including report design and development, application deployment, workflow and interfacing
- System installation configuration
- Report design development
- Testing Support
- Client Training
- Project Management
Product Support
- Provide application support to queries from existing clients
- Recommend best practice use of systems to clients
- Deliver outstanding client service and satisfaction
Pre-Sales Activities for prospects
- Demonstrations Requirements Analysis
Product Development
- Assist with the gathering and management of client or regional requirements
- Documentation of business requirements for product development
Experience/Attributes:
- Degree Qualified in IT/Commerce or equivalent field
- Minimum 2yrs experience in a similar role within the Financial Services Industry
- Must have Advanced Excel Skills
- Must have SQL (preferably T-SQL)
- Must have Crystal reports experience
- Must have VBS/VBA experience
- Advanced MS Word skills highly desirable
- HTML/ASP experience is preferable
- Client Service Focused
- Client Product Training
- Works autonomously or as part of a team
