This leading provider of integrated IT solutions with a track record of success is one of the technology companies with the longest history in Asia. They are now seeking a Project Manager - Financial Systems to ensure their projects are delivered on time, within budget and of the highest quality.

Reporting directly to CIO and Financial Controller, this is a hands-on role with the primary responsibility on implementation of the new ERP and new Financial and BI systems. You will act as a key point of contact between the finance accounting team and the project team to ensure the success of the implementation.

Your key duties will include follow up on GL account / cost centre mapping and structure of the future system, manage financial link and interface integration between the future ERP system, Microsoft AX and BI tool. Coordinate within the finance and accounting team to ensure meeting of key milestones in Hong Kong, China, Malaysia and Singapore. Facilitate and manage the data cleansing and data migration. Facilitate and undertake UAT and development of user manual and manage user training. Provide user support after system go-live in areas related to ERP, Financial and BI systems. You may also require providing assistance on other ad hoc projects.

To be successful, you must hold a University degree in accounting or related discipline and minimum 6 years of relevant experience. You should have previous experience leading finance system implementation projects such as Microsoft AX, SAP or Oracle Financials gained from multinational environment, ideally from IT and /or services industry. You should be a good team player with good people management and interpersonal skills, have excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
