Financial Team Lead
Tasks:
- Build and lead the team and provide accounting support to the relevant business and to the finance team
- Accountable for the production of monthly, quarterly and annual financial actuals to comply with local country fiscal regulations
- Manage internal and external audit
- Ensure timely and accurate work of the team and drive for consistent improvement of team performance
Requirements:
- fluent English and Spanish
- proven track of people management experience
- financial background is essential
- good level of analytical skills, numeracy and financial awareness
- strong communication and cooperation skills
