Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in corresponding research studies and undertaking equity financing and bond financing project;
2. Assume specific jobs such as project planning and project feasibility analysis, involved in compilation of various types of reports and application materials;
3. Responsible for collaboration and cooperation with other intermediary institutions.
Main Requirements:
1. Honest and diligent, with good tracking records;
2. Quick to learn, with strong communication ability, team spirit, and coordination ability;
3. Have solid accounting, legal, and financial knowledge, those with lawyer or accountant qualification are preferable.
4. Master degree or abobe, major in economics, finance, accounting, law, and MBA;
5. Returnees with overseas experience esp. in USA, UK and HK are preferable.
