Fire / Burglar Alarm System Tester Job in Daly City, California Us

                           

 

Perform all scheduled fire alarm system inspections within the specified time frame and to the established quality standards set by Alarm Services a subsidiary of Sterling Bank Services and the local governing authorities. Properly complete all required paperwork when required.  Communicate routinely with supervisor.

The Inspector’s functions will include any or all of the listed functions depending on service area requirements.  Additional functions may also apply. 
 

1.       Testing fire alarm systems for commercial buildings as assigned.

2.       Testing bank alarm systems as assigned.

3.       Testing, cleaning, and adjusting video cameras, recorders, and other security equipment.

4.       Replace batteries in devices.

5.       Good organizational skills; ability to work unsupervised and independently is required Basic computer skills required (prefer MS Office 97 or higher) to include internet.

6.       Ability to effectively communicate and interact with supervisor and customers.

7.       Good driving record required; reliable vehicle to travel as needed.

Must pass a background check as well as the drug and alcohol testing.
