Job Title: --Fire Protection - Service Manager - Detroit
Job Summary: -- Build and grow service and inspection department
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -- Individual will be responsible for directly supervising all branch service department office and field personnel. The Service Manager will insure that the company satisfies the customer's requirements so that the customer receives quality, timely service during installation, inspection, repairs and maintenance of equipment while complying with NFPA standards. Responsibilities also include developing and selling to new customer accounts and maintaining effective working relationships while selling and servicing existing customers.
Qualifications: --Ideal candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. In addition, the candidate must have 7 years of experience in the fire protection field including sales, NICET Level II or III certification in sprinkler systems, working knowledge of NFPA 13 and 25, knowledge of industry standard practices for service and inspections. Candidate must also have good written and oral communication skills, and be knowledgeable in computers and Microsoft Office programs.
