This market leading organisation has extensive portfolio extending across the Gold Coast region. Due to a recent promotion they now have the requirement to bring on board an experience Fire Safety Office to be based out of their central Gold Coast office.

Responsibilities will include writing site specific "Fire Evacuation Plans". Marking up basic floor plans to be developed into evacuation signs. Providing emergency response training(warden training) and conducting annual evacuation exercises.

In order to qualify for this role you need to have a practical understanding of the Qld Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008, a strong understanding of AS3745 -2010(Planning for Emergencies in Facilities) and AS1851 -2005 Maintenance of Fire Safety Installations. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a QBSA Occupational licence "Emergency Procedures" whilst not mandatory would be looked upon favourably.
