Firewall Bluecoat Engineer recruitment
Information security team is seeking a Firewall Bluecoat Engineer to be a key member of the team tasked to protect the firm from outside malicious attacks. You will join an industry leader in providing global real time financial information and be on the forefront of protecting the firm’s 350,000 member network.
Security is the core of this groups focus and you will be in charge of researching, understanding, and identifying the latest threats available and be able to recommend and develop the necessary protections for a large scale and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Performing analysis of network security needs and contribute to the design, integration, and installation of hardware and software.
• Work closely with Operations groups in maintaining network security infrastructure
• Analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting network problems
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of overall experience
• Experience with Firewalls, Proxies, VPNs Checkpoint, Bluecoat, Netscreen and Palo Alto
• Troubleshooting network problems, especially proficiency in packet capture analysis
• Knowledge of network routing and security protocols and implementations: TCP/IP, SSL, IPSEC VPN, SSL VPN, VLANs, BGP
