Firmware Engineer
Skills:
- TCP/IP, 802.11, Quality of Service
- Sockets, Http, LibCurl, Client / Server
- Network streaming audio
- Embedded real-time systems and Multithreaded
- C/C++, OO Design, UML, Design Patterns
- Open source, Linux running on ARM, Linux boot process
- gdb debugger, subversion
- Knowledge and experience in network time synchronization is a plus.
- UPnP, DLNA is a plus
Education Requirements:
BSCS or BSCE. MSCS preferred
Working hours: 1st Shift
Responsibilities:
- 5+ years experience programming embedded wireless systems with C/C++
- Design, implement and deploy embedded software for new wireless audio devices
- Refine requirements and document designs
- Participate in design reviews and code reviews
- Produce high quality robust software through strong personal ownership and testing
- Work with 3rd party software
