Presently our business is embarking on a multiyear transformational strategy that through a range of work streams will embed both a vision and a set of values that will transform the way we interact and operate both internally and externally in the marketplace. As part of this we seek an experienced change manager to lead a series of business critical initiatives across a range of national and business driven programs.
Key focus areas include:
Change Management- Design and manage change programs and process flows to ensure key stakeholders are engaged, milestones met and business benefits are delivered in a timely cost effective manner.
Change Readiness- Work at a leadership level to engage, influence and ensure firm leaders are ready and able to embed change throughout their teams. This will incorporate leading workshops; challenging mindsets and ensuring measurable are put in place and adhered to.
To be considered you will have a related 5 years experience within a related change management discipline ideally from within a professional services environment. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of program deliver across multiple stakeholders. Commercial by nature you will have an energetic approach, a flexible and growth mindset and the ability to influence with impact.
