A leading provider of IT communication services, our client is currently looking for a First Line Support to join their expanding team at their prestigious offices in Birmingham.
You will be providing a variety of users with telephone helpdesk support dealing with a range of technical tasks for example resetting passwords using Active Directory or trouble shooting Microsoft software issues including Outlook. You will try to resolve queries at first contact, ensuring all calls are logged and tracked on the Remedy Call Management system. Where you are not able to solve the query you will pass to your second level support colleagues.
With your previous experience working within a customer-focussed IT environment you will have an understanding and working knowledge of IT desktop concepts. With your positive 'can do' attitude, you will have great listening skills and be able to multi task to be able to manage a demanding workload in this fast paced and service level orientated role.
