The ideal First Line Support candidate will be working in an established Software Solutions company in Woking, taking responsibility of all IT queries raised by their clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with an IT support background, looking for their next career break.
You will be adhering to SLAs by using the tools provided to solve any IT problems faced by the company's clients. Some of the key skills and knowledge needed for this role include:
- Knowledge of Windows 2000/XP Professional and Microsoft Office 2000/2003.
- Understanding of Active Directory.
- Working knowledge of XHTML, CSS, Javascript and Jquery.
- Excellent customer service and spoken communication skills
- Problem solving attitude
