£8.50 per hour

First line service desk analyst required for a 3 month contract based in Bradford.

The successful candidate will be required to Reduce Call Volumes through Proactive activity, Improve Data Quality through identifying improvement communicating with the Service Desk, Improve Process through identifying ‘gaps’ communicating to the project team.

Pro-actively Apply 'Calibration Fix' to Electronic Order Pads (EOP)
Resolve EOP calls Logged by the Service Desk and triage the calls to third party supplier for hardware issues.
From scripts, resolve logged calls and where appropriate Improve Data Quality.

You should have an awareness of Asset Metrics, good vs bad.
