Fiscal Risk Manager
The Challenge
An experience Fiscal Risk Manager is required for an opportunity based in Dublin City Centre. Working with small and dedicated team the Risk Manager will be responsible for the following in relation to debt and asset management.
Specific duties of the role will include:
• Financial / economic modelling and forecasting
• Evaluation of proposed transactions / strategies
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly risk management information
• Ad hoc analytical / research support
• Review and enhancement of risk systems
• Researching market trends to identify impacts
• Preparation of reports and presentations relating to fiscal risk issues
The Candidate
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 7 years relevant experience in finance / banking. They will possess:
• Minimum 2.1 postgraduate level qualification in economics, finance or mathematics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong numerical ability
• Strong IT skills (ideally Bloomberg, Excel, Access and VBA)
• Analytical and modelling skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Solid understanding of global financial markets and public finance

The compensation for this Risk Manager position will be in line with the experience of the candidate.
