A world leader in buy side trading technology is looking to hire a client facing FIX technologist. The firm are continuing to see a huge demand for their services and therefore this role will gibe the technologist a great business scope for client interaction acting as a subject matter expert in the field.
The role will involve not only on boarding and client facing skills but implementing, troubleshooting and proposing solutions within - FIX technology/processes - Simple Database enquires (SQL server/oracle) - Network issues (WAN/LAN/VPN) and general optimisation of systems.
The candidate should have a good knowledge of FIX and related processes, as well as strong technical and communication skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to avoid being siloed in one function and wants wide business and technology exposure.
