FIX Onboarding Specialist
eTrading Technology provides electronic execution capabilities to clients and internal trading desks across 45 derivatives markets including low latency and proximity hosting. This encompasses the provision of DMA, Care Flow and Algos.
E Trading Client On Boarding is a Global Technology Team based in London, New York and Singapore responsible for the Client Onboarding Pipeline, new client and vendor relationships for FIX and Screen based Flows. The team are hands-on business aware technologists, facing off to Sales, Solutions, Desk Traders, Technology Teams and Clients daily.
The candidate will join a team of three and be responsible for the technology onboarding of clients, project management of connectivity, testing, FIX certification through to production handover and pilot testing.
Experience in financial technology roles within client on-boarding and client connectivity including day to day interaction with external clients is essential.

- Good knowledge of FIX Protocol, all flavours of FIX, and familiarity with FIX Vendor software
- Experience of Listed Derivatives, other asset classes are a plus and will be considered
- Medium to high unix expertise, network connectivity and trading infrastructure knowledge
- Knowledge of vendor technologies or other Derivatives Execution platform is a plus
- Good level of project management and excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with business and technology partners.
- Able to work in a real production environment, multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently in a strong team environment
- Other technologies: Java coding / unix scripting / sql all a plus. As are familiarity with Confluence, Jira SharePoint
