FIX Support Analyst MNC brokerage $45-60K 3 months contract extendable recruitment
The Company
A multi-national brokerage firm is urgently looking for a smart, fast leaner and ambitious FIX Support Analyst initially on a 3 months contract which will be extendable.
The Role
As a FIX Support Analyst you will engage in the following:
- Provide training and support to the existing IT staff
- Provide e-mail and telephone support for existing customers and ISV's
- Work closely with the London team
- Setting up the processes to manage and monitor the client order flow
Your Profile
To qualify as a FIX Support Analyst for this role, you MUST have:
- An undergraduate degree in IT
- Fluent or native English and Cantonese, both spoken and written
- At least 3 years solid experience supporting FIX 4.2/4.4
- At least 3 years solid experience supporting onboarding customers
- Derivatives market experience, especially LME, Globex, ICE
- Experience dealing with vendors and customers
- Experience on training other IT staff
- Scripting experience
- Sunguard/GL and Patsystems FIX engines
- Patsystems Market Data feeds experience
- Mandarin is preferred but not mandatory
- Immediately available is highly preferred and will be considered first
