FIX Support Analyst recruitment

Our client seeks an experienced FIX Support Analyst to come on board for an initial 3 month contract to support the migration to a new FIX engine and market data feed.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide both telephone and email support in relation to the FIX engine.

• Work closely with the FIX support team offshore.

• Setup processes to proactively manage and monitor the client order flow

• Provide training to existing IT Staff

Key Criteria:

• Solid experience supporting FIX 4.2/4.4 onboarding customers

• Derivatives market experience (in particular LME,Globex, ICE)

• Dealing with customers and software vendors

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin will be highly regarded.
