Fixed Asset Accountant, Dublin, Contract 45-50k recruitment

The company:

Based in Dublin City Centre, my client is a large multinational Software company.

They have offices around the world, but have a HQ finance division, in Dublin City Centre.

This is a 9 month contract role.

The role:

This role is a fixed asset accountant, on the General ledger team.

It encompasses:

Fixed asset register analysis for local and global assets.
maintain a spreadsheet which reconciles the year-to-date activity for each asset class in the SAP Fixed Asset system to the general ledger balances for fixed assets and related accumulated depreciation
Preparation of Profit and Loss Account (US GAAP) - Accruals, Prepayments, Variance analysis
Support the Finance team in design, testing and roll-out of financial reporting
Other ad hoc reports as required.

Requirements for the role:

Qualified accountant ,in ACA , CIMA or ACCA
Newly qualified with only 1-2 years PQE
Experience of a large shared share or multinational experience.
Working in a finance team for 2-4 years, with Strong financial control experience.

This is a contract role that comes with a good remuneration package.
