Fixed Asset Accountant Job in Mountain View 94043, California US

Responsibilities

  1. Perform detailed reconciliations between data from Oracle Financials and Google internal systems.
  2. Assist with integrating asset data from multiple vendors and internal systems into Asset Data Repository and automating accounting transactions
  3. Provide integration assistance on Inter-company and Fixed Assets with multiple inventory organizations aligned with different legal entities
  4. Liaison for accounting team. Execute and manage finance/accounting tasks for multiple Operations systems projects

Requirements

  1. BS / BA, with demonstrated business analysis skills
  2. At least 4-7 years of experience in cost accounting, manufacturing and asset tracking areas
  3. Extensive experience with Oracle Inventory, Oracle fixed assets, Oracle PO module and various data analysis tools .He/she possesses advanced excel skills and has the ability to manipulate large volume of data.
  4. Strong analytical skills -  ability to breakdown complex processes into discrete components, detect patterns in data set, develop and execute project tasks, run results oriented meetings, and communicate between various cross functional groups (Legal, Finance, Operations, Engineering)
  5. The ideal candidate is a self-driven,  details oriented, and process-driven individual with prior experience in a highly variable, fast-paced environment. Must be able to work independently with minimum directions.
  6. Leadership skills - ability to take ownership of tasks, drive to results and when necessary influence without authority.

Prior audit experience is a plus
