Position Description
The primary responsibility is to support the Short Term Product Sales team within the Fixed Income Division. This will involve tasks and processes integral to supporting our current and prospective clients. Activities will include (1) liaising with our Short Term Product Sales with our Client Financing Business and CSG teams to process daily trade activity, as well as to support pre-and post-trade resolution (2) coordinating pricing on trade inquiries, (3) managing the documentation process, (4) providing regular and ad-hoc reporting on client/product balance information. A secondary responsibility will be to support general sales management activities (i.e. client/team metrics).
Skills Required
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of fixed income experience, preferably in an operational or client service support capacity. The candidate must be able to manage several tasks simultaneously, be very organized, and have the business acumen to reprioritize daily and long term project responsibilities as needed. Solid quantitative, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
