The ideal Candidate will have spent the past 4 or 5 years working in an Investment Bank and have gained a thorough grounding in fixed income. You will have been doing something interesting in research, risk, quant development, perhaps actually working on a desk and will now be looking at a move to the BuySide where you can truly realise your potential both intellectually and financially. You will be looking for an enevironment where you will be constantly learning, be exposed to new products/strategies and eventually end up in a position of real responsibility.
The strategies employed lean towards the highly quantitative so your education needs to be at the highest end of the spectrum. For the right candidates these roles should provide the path to a stellar career.
