Fixed Income Account Manager, Malaysia recruitment
Overview:
My client is looking to add a fixed income account manager to its ever growing team across Malaysia. The primary responsibility of this role is to help increase the retention rate of the accounts (customers) assigned. My client is looking for an individual with strong fixed income knowledge and experience dealing with institutional accounts across the financial markets.
Responsibilities:
A high level of client interaction is expected. Specifically the objectives include that the Client Specialist visit users regularly as well as interact with them via phone. Additionally there will be quarterly campaigns and other programs that the Client Specialist will need to participate in.
The ideal candidate would also have experience working for an FI firm and a solid understanding of the needs of FI professionals. The appropriate candidate should be career driven and eager to learn as much as he/she can relate to being successful at his/her job.
