Our client is a leading global investment bank and is actively looking for an experienced middle office Fixed Income Analyst to join its growing team in Toronto! This is a progressive work environment offering long-term growth and front office exposure for a highly motivated individual with the desire to excel.

The Fixed Income Analyst will support various global market businesses and coordinate and collaborate with front office on Profit Loss decomposition and reporting; credit risk reporting; calculating RWA and Var; testing positions for Independent price verification (IPV) and ensuring IFRS 7 reporting requirements are met.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be in the process of obtaining an accounting designation and/or the CFA Charter, if not already designated. Candidates are to have 3 or more years of relevant work experience with excellent command of fixed income and structured products. Knowledge of reporting requirements for International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is a must. Exceptional communication (verbal/written) and documentation skills are a must.
