Based on a truly client-oriented, cross-asset, and customised approach, we seamlessly deliver a comprehensive range of products and solutions across all asset classes.
The mission of the FIC eCommerce team is to promote the fixed income and currency offerings we contribute on electronic platforms to our active and potential clients. The analyst role is to develop reports tools to monitor this activity.
Main responsibilities
- Oversee all FICC on-boarding related issues:
- Timely on-boarding of any new client
- Mapping modification (change of sales coverage, change of client Tiering etc) and mapping issues
- Clients activities follow up:
- monitor new clients’ activity,
- follow up of limits issues,
- Monitoring of dormant clients.
- On-boarding application maintenance (Hermes and other systems.)
- Ensure any new product or platform is fully integrated into our admin system
- Report, prioritize and follow up bugs and enhancement requests
- Ensure data coherence between admin system, external platforms and other internal systems
- Reporting
- Weekly and monthly reports to monitor rankings and market shares
- Monthly update of client activities report (in collaboration with MIS person)
- Daily monitoring of our online contribution
- Procedures:
- Improve and streamline all on-boarding and helpdesk procedures
- Ensure creation of a knowledgebase and transfer of the knowledge within the team
- Helpdesk
- Ensure all helpdesk requests are dealt with in a timely manner

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education
- Master in finance, engineering or business studies
Past experience
- Experience in Finance institutions
Languages
- Fluent English
- Second language a plus
Technical skills
- Proven analytical, computer and interpersonal skills as well as exceptional writing, communication and presentation skills are required.
- It will involve working in a fast paced and demanding environment. It requires an individual who has a strong interest and understanding of financial markets.
