Fixed Income BA/PM for a leading Investment Bank recruitment
Responsibilities:
The BA/PM will work as part of a Global, diverse team to design new functionalities and further enhance the existing Rates trading platform
Understanding the new products the business are looking to trade and add on to the current platform
Drive projects and delivery as proactive leaders
Communicate regularly with all teams front to back, The key stakeholders and IT Management
Work with other business lines on cross projects in the Front office space
Being a key driver of the Projects, taking ownership of deliverables, working closely with the developers and PMs in keeping the project on track and updating the business with the project status from time to time
Being hands on Business Analyst from a technical background who understands the Project Lifecycle. Important to be detail oriented, gathering requirements form the business, tracking and documenting will be a daily part of the job. Working with on shore and off shore teams and driving projects overall
The ideal candidates would have a minimum of 2 years in Fixed Income and a minimum of 5 years in Front office IT . Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivery in a similar front office role, be extremely proactive in driving projects and the agenda of the business.
