Fixed Income Broker / Sales (m/f) recruitment
Our client is one of the world`s premier interdealer broker and provider of post trade services. The Group matches buyers and sellers in the wholesale markets in interest rates, credit, commodities, foreign exchange, emerging markets, equities and equity derivatives through voice and electronic networks and is also the source of global market information and research for professionals in the international financial markets.
In response to growing business and client demands an opportunity has now become available in the Frankfurt office for the position of:
Fixed Income Broker/Sales (m/f)
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Develop strong and long-term relationships with banking or institutional clients by understanding their investment style and needs
- Effectively present my client`s products
- Relay customer inquiry to trading desk and fellow salesman
- Attend and contribute at Sales meetings
- Build out and grow existing client base
- Travel to be onside your local and international customers
Your skills/qualifications:
- Extensive market knowledge and knowledge of the European financial market
- Strong background of Sales in Fixed Income or at the very least a background in Sales on other products but with Fixed Income contacts
- Experience communicating with banking, corporate or institutional clients
- An existing book of business is highly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong marketing business development and selling skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to travel regularly within the sales area as well as irregular travels beyond the sales area
- Fluency in English and German plus additional European language, (Italian or Eastern European desirable)
