The FID Middle Office Group in Asia provides Operational support to Fixed Income desks for Asian Region. They are recognised for their training and development, forward thinking culture and highly competitive remuneration packages. They are looking to recruit an experienced Client Service Associate/AVP within their Fixed Income Team.
Main Function:
- The selected candidate will serve as a focal point of contacts for clients and other departments of the bank.
- Manage relationships will all sales and trading desk, IT and other counter parties
- Manage and recommend work flow changes for greater efficiency
- To identify service improvements and implement it in conjunction with Operations
- Responsible for trade processing fixed income derivatives products
- Track client enquires, request, feedback, complaint and compliment in client relationship management tool
- Review and document daily reporting and escalate breaks
- Take lead in client meetings to explain operational procedures and MI reports
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Proven 8 to 10 experience in fixed income client services, sales support or middle office
- A recognized tertiary degree
- Broad knowledge of banking operations
- Strong interpersonal and management skills
- Analytical and procedural system skills
