FIXED INCOME CREDIT

Our client is an international asset management house. They focus on providing clients with global investment solutions that meet the demands and challenges of sophisticated and complex investment and economic circumstances. With steady growth, they are now looking for a high calibre to join their team.

Responsible for performing fundamental credit analysis on issuers, counterparties across Asia. Actively monitor latest news, events, developments related to the investment portfolios to ensure the validity of internal credit opinion. Provide insightful and timely credit feedback on new investment opportunities and credit, industry cycles. Assist the fixed income team with relative value analysis and other macro-economic, industry and market analysis. Present comprehensive and well thought-out investment proposals for approval and actively participate in regional credit committee discussions.  Oversee proper updating and maintenance of credit approval log and monitor exposure reports for general accounts funds to ensure that investment activities are within the approved credit limits and tenor. Assist Head of Credit in ensuring the quality and consistency of internal credit opinion across Asia by benchmarking and reviewing relevant peer group comparison. Monitor compliance and responsible for annual updating of credit policies and procedures according to head office guidelines and requirements. Prepare and present loan review reports and other risk management reports to senior management regarding credit quality, sectorial distribution and rating distribution of the fixed income portfolio. Lead and participate in other ad-hoc projects/requests as needed.

To qualify, you will be a degree holder with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, research and related disciplines within financial industry. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Chinese is a must.
