Fixed Income Data Analyst recruitment
The Role
The Fixed Income department collects and analyzes a wide range of data which forms the basis of the Bloomberg Fixed Income product. This includes the monitoring and maintenance of new corporate bonds, government auctions, warrants, mortgages, money markets, league tables, corporate actions, as well as customer support for the product. As a Fixed Income Analyst you will be responsible for timely, accurate and comprehensive coverage of Fixed Income products in Asian regions. You will work closely with Sales, News, Business, RD and the Global Fixed Income Data teams to coordinate coverage and ensure consistency of standards as well as to continually develop the Fixed Income product.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in fixed income is a must
- Knowledge of fixed income principles/calculations is a plus
- Experience of processing data (e.g. bonds) is desirable
- Commitment to enhancing and developing products
- Excellent communication and team building skills and proven track record of successful multi-tasking in a fast paced and ever changing environment
- Excellent client facing skills and enthusiasm to represent the Fixed Income product both internally and externally
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
