Fixed Income Data Analyst recruitment
Job Description:
We have an exciting entry level Fixed Income Data position in our product operations department. The fixed income data analyst will be responsible for ensuring consistent reliable delivery of daily fixed income analytics data to BondEdge Feed clients as well as providing various levels of operations and portfolio processing support to BondEdge on-demand clients.
Along with operations support functions for BondEdge on-demand and Data feed clients, the fixed income data analyst will also:
- Generate client reports and model various fixed income securities using our analytical software;
- Analyze/validate client’s analytical software systems after software upgrades;
- Test, document and report analytical software bugs;
- Provide phone support to our clients in Hawaii and Europe.
Qualifications:
Interested candidates will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in Mathematics, Finance, Business, Economics or Computer Science;
- Excellent communication skills needed to effectively support client over phone;
- Sufficient technical skills needed to troubleshoot software applications which may be installed in various operation systems and platforms;
- Intermediate PC skills needed for ease software navigation, especially when assisting clients as well as for efficient spreadsheet data manipulation;
- Must be able to work 9pm to 6am, Sunday through Thursday.
