Fixed Income Documentation Drafting Specialist
The role involves providing support to the Middle Office External Validation team. The candidate will be required to prepare Interest Rates and Credit derivative documentation using the 2006 ISDA Definitions / 2003 Credit Definitions (with the possible exposure to other asset classes).
The candidate will provide assistance to the rest of the teams on documentation queries as well as build and develop relationships with internal and external clients. Daily tasks will consist of resolving documentation queries whilst liaising with the Front office, Legal, Middle office and Product Control areas. The individual will be required to organise and prioritise workflow in order to meet the regulatory requirements (EMIR and CFTC). Controls will need to performed daily to ensure procedures have been adhered to.
- Ideally a university degree, and if possible a fluent French or German speaker
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and accommodate varying levels of volume
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work, whilst working under pressure
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Confident personality
- Good knowledge of 2006 ISDA Definitions/ 2008 Inflation Definitions and the current EMIR / CFTC initiative
- Pro-active and highly motivated.
