Fixed Income, External Debt, Trader – Emerging Markets recruitment
The role:
• Checking and reconciliation of valuations and cash accounts and projections
• Ensuring correct allocation and booking of transaction
• Liaison with other departments to ensure compliance mandates
• Executing transactions in the markets, making sure funds get fair execution and allocation alongside and in addition to existing portfolio management team
• Regular dialogue with the market in respect to transactions
• Attention to detail is paramount to ensure the integrity of the fund values and dealing prices and to avoid pricing and mandate errors
• Ensuring funds polices are kept updated
• Maintaining and making sure external debt management spread sheets are updated properly
• Making sure fund allocations are in line with their objectives and restrictions
• Learning and developing the skill set to become a fully fledged trader in emerging markets
Requirements:
• Some previous experience within a front office investment function
• Exposure to emerging markets fixed income products
• Execution and trading and trading experience
