Fixed Income On-boarding
OBJECTIVE
To own and run the on-boarding implementation of new Participants and Trade Source Systems to the Fixed Income (RepoClear) service
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning
Create maintain a plan of implementation activities for the on-boarding of new Participants in collaboration with key stakeholders (Membership, CRM, Risk, IT, Operations, Legal etc)
Create maintain a plan of implementation activities for new Trade Source Systems
Client Engagement
Assist CRM team with discussion with Fixed Income prospects to ensure potential members understand necessary technicalities at an early stage.
Plan, organise and deliver Participant presentations, training testing where required
Collect and process, where required, all requisite documentation and data from Participants
Delivery
Ensure all implementation activities completed in a timely fashion and solicit agreement from all internal and external stakeholders.
Establish excellent working relations with internal and external teams in order to be able to solve any implementation issues that may arise.
Ensure the delivery of all relevant Participant documentation .
SKILLS EXPERIENCE
Leading facilitating meetings with subject matter experts to drive the definition of scope and requirements
Experience understanding of Fixed Income. VAR experience
General knowledge of Fixed Income infrastructure
Willingness and ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to dissect problems and provide colleagues with a clear and concise explanation of issues and proposed solutions
Must have previous experience of interacting with external clients and a track record of relationship building
Fixed Income Operations experience desirable
Excellent process working knowledge of Euroclear, Clearstream and Crest.
Technical skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Second language (French) ability a bonus
Good academic background
