Fixed Income – Operations Manager recruitment
Managing the daily processing team to ensure that all trades are accurately booked on a timely basis.
Liaising with the administrators, prime brokers and counterparties, investigating deal issues as required and ensuring the satisfactory clearance of such issues.
Understanding the overall Deal Booking process and the roles placed on the administrators and the Prime Brokers.
Enhancing the systems and processes to maximise the efficiency of the team.
Assisting the Head of Operations as required.
The successful applicant will be capable of managing and supporting a team of up to eight people and motivating them to excel in their work while incorporating changes in their daily tasks as a result of improvements in systems and processes.
The candidate will have proven experience in being able to understand the origination of problems which arise and would have proven experience in resolving such issue.
The successful applicant will also have strong written and oral communication skills.
