Fixed Income Product Specialist – Leading Asset Manager – Based in Singapore recruitment
The company have a strong range of traditional asset class funds and have been steadily expanding their business in Asia over the past few years. As a result of increased inflows, they are looking to add a product specialist to their team with experience in the fixed income space.
The main responsibilities will include:
• Working closely with the client relationship managers on investment aspects of client relationships
• Effectively presenting technical aspects of the funds to clients both verbally and in writing
• Working closely with the sales and marketing teams regarding product and business development
• Overseeing production of regulation client reports and preparation of appropriate presentation materials
• Acting as the representative for the fixed income team with clients, potential clients and consultants
The ideal candidate for this position will likely demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
• At least five to seven years of prior experience in a product/investment specialist focused role, ideally at a traditional asset manager
• Prior portfolio management/product management experience is preferrential
• Strong presentation and effective communication skills
