Fixed Income Sales Associate – with Fluency in French/ German/ Spanish recruitment
The scope of this role is to help the European Sales Team to develop client relationships and manage existing ones with institutional buyside clients within the Fixed Income field in Europe. Candidates must have two years experience in fixed income sales and a European language.
Responsibilities
- Aid senior sales with management of existing clients within a pre-defined geographical region
- Provide market intelligence on new opportunities/products, customer satisfaction and competition
- Prepare ad hoc presentations for each account based on their specific needs determining the products meeting their requirements in line with Group objectives
- Follow up the client relationship in assisting with the onboarding process by liaising with legal and settlement departments
- Keep updated on new products and functionalities and promote them with market participants
- Aid design and implement marketing and pre-sales material
- Recognise opportunities for other Business Units and pass them on accordingly
- Understand the client’s marketplace and the likely direction of their businesses
Requirements
- Strong educational background
- Previous experience of the fixed income essential
- Knowledge of electronic trading
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in one or two of the following languages: French/ German/ Italian/ Spanish
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft excel
- Sales orientated and results driven
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Highly energetic, pro-active and creative
- Quick learner
