Fixed Income Senior Trader recruitment
MISSION
Contribute to the results of the Structuring/Bonds desk by providing Retail, Private Banking and Institutional Sales teams with accurate financial information, competitive prices and by managing our portfolio of government and corporate bonds.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use the different tools available in the dealing room (Bloomberg, Reuters, Internet) and extract accurate financial information;
- Report and dispatch market information, trading trends to our Sales teams, keep an active communication with them;
- Follow the political and economic developments in the world and give advices/high quality feedbacks to stakeholders in the bank;
- Quote competitive prices for bonds to our different type of clients (RCB client advisors, Institutional Sales…);
- Execute transactions in the market and hedge market and credit risks of the bank;
- Realize the operational tasks related to the input and follow-up of the transactions in the IT systems (Kondor + / BLS);
COMPETENCIES
Education
Bac +4/5 with an economical orientation, or equivalent
Languages
French and English fluent
Specific experience/knowledgePersonal qualities
- At least 4 years experience in bonds trading;
- Knowledge and deep understanding of the fixed income market products and pricing;
- Good Computer skills;
- Enthusiasm for markets and financial jobs in general
