Fixed Income Support Manager - eTrading (Marketview)
 
My client is a top Investment Bank in London who require a Fixed Income Support Manager to lead the team of Marketview experts.
 
Responsibilities include:
 
Resource assignment
Monitoring performance to ensure delivery of good quality service
Measuring progress
Communication of progress and issues to the business
Line Management

Performance management

Continuous coaching

Compensation reviews

Discuss issues and problems with users and ensure a deep understanding of the business needs, the related products and transaction flows
Testing of new versions of software, conducting test plans, analysing results and drawing conclusions with the user representatives
Scope reports, customisations and tools for business users
Provide support to existing systems to resolve problems and continually improve the functionality and service levels to the business
Manage the level of service with the Vendor related to ongoing support and enhancements Maintain the system to a level of compliance with internal and external agency requirements


 
Candidates must have:

Experience working within Front Office (Fixed Income) IT

Experience of vendor e-trading applications Experience of Electronic Markets, both D2D and D2C, used in Fixed Income
Thorough understanding of Fixed Income products, trading processes, valuations and risk management
Thorough understanding of workflows, key controls and related operational risk exposure

Team Lead experience of a Front Office facing support function and the associated challenges

 
 
Desired:

Some experience working with the ION MarketView Platform, Multi-Market Interface and associated components

 
 
Due to the nature of the role, candidates must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and be eligible to live and work in the UK.
