Fixed Income Systems Analyst/PM/BA
A well know bank are currently looking for a talented individual to join their team as a Fixed Income Systems Analyst/Project Manager.
You would be responsible for defining functional requirements for projects across the Clearing Programme, specifically around Dodd Frank regulatory reporting changes.
This role will be work closely with the IT Project Manager and Business Transformation to define the functional requirements needed both to ensure the business and regulatory requirements are captured within a tight schedule to ensure they are met within the strict time frames set out by external regulators.
Skill set/Experience:
*5+ years Fixed Income front office derivatives experience preferably with IRS
*Deep understanding / experience of Rates Products (esp. IRS) and related business processes. *Proven track record in Business analysis for new business / product implementations within an Investment Bank, being able to make appropriate Risk / Value assessments and propose a range of realistic and appropriate remedies
*5+ years of industry experience, in either a relevant Consultancy role or with Tier 1/2 Investment Banking environment
*Highly developed skills in producing detailed business requirements and use of presentation tool sets such as MS PowerPoint and Visio
*Experienced at dealing with the design and communication of full lifecycle Operating models in the support of new businesses
*Ability to successfully influence many different groups and individuals to deliver high quality and timely deliverables
*Ability to directly address conflicts and escalate issues where appropriate.
*Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation including Senior Executives, Front Office and Infrastructure / Support individuals
*Strong sense of accountability and ownership over Project key deliverables and realisation of Business value
Please note that it is ESSENTIAL that you have Fixed Income front office derivatives experience for either a Tier 1 investment bank or consultancy.
