Fixed Income Trade Support recruitment
Assisting the Traders, you will be responsible for monitoring the day to day Fixed Income operations and ensuring back office instructions are sent and authorized accurately on a timely manner. You will be required to liaise closely with multiple contacts and use your initiative to resolve any Fixed Income trade discrepancies and provide status update to clients. In addition you may be required to help with KYC and AML procedures.
To qualify, the individuals must possess:
- A minimum of 4 years experience in Fixed Income Markets
- Completed College SFC Exams: Paper 1
- Knowledge on how Fixed Income Securities work
- Have experience with Euroclear System on matching trades
- Skills: excel format is a must Euroclear system experience
- Delivery focused and pro-active, driven to do the best job possible and go the extra mile
- Organised and attention to details, fast learner, ability to multi-task, work under pressure
- Account Opening Procedures. KYC/AML meeting all requirements for Asian Standards
- Send out trade confirmation for end accounts on a daily basis
- P/L accounting consolidation with Internal System
- Must understand the urgency in matching securities and prevent unnecessary operational errors
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese Mandarin is essential
