With an extensive Senior Retail Management background in Homewares or Fashion behind you, you consider your styling and one-on-one consultative selling skills as one of your shining points. You take pride in your store and run it like your own business, analysing PL’s, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, developing your VIP database and conducting regular coaching sessions with your staff to see them develop into future Retail Management superstars like yourself! You have an eye for visual merchandising, passion for developing people and know how to effectively performance manage.
