Fleet Administrator - Edmonton based
Our Client, a national leader in the mobile and modular space industry with innovative solutions for the construction, education, industrial, commercial/retail, healthcare and government markets and over 90 locations in the US and Canada is looking for an experienced Fleet Administrator to join their Edmonton team.
This position will be responsible to manage the single unit office fleet in the Prairie Region.
The successful candidate will need to be highly organized, detail oriented, customer focused and have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both external and internal customers.

Job Description
Summary: Manage the single unit office fleet in the Prairie region.
Responsibilities:
- Process single unit rentals, sales orders and off rents. Perform all necessary transactions through the applicable company system.
- Update the single unit office fleet list for the Prairie Region on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with service yards and transport on availability of fleet units.
- Work with the Sales Team to assign rental units as needed.
- Maintain excellent customer service at all times with existing and new accounts.
- Coordinates installation and dismantle of all single unit rental projects.
- Review manufacturer/ in house drawings to ensure layouts are accurate on retro fits. Maintain knowledge of all Company products and floor plans as well as knowledge of prints and set-up criteria.
- Manufacturer visits to ensure quality standards are met on fleet production.
- Site visits as required ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Track revenue and expenses using the appropriate report/systems.
Education: University Degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Five + years contract administration experience, preferably in a sales environment.
- Construction and/or mobile industry experience necessary.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft project scheduling, Auto-Cad, and a good knowledge of modular construction methods would be an asset.
