Posted Position Title: Fleet Management Program Engagement Lead Career Level: Experienced Function Sales Function Segment: Outside Sales Support Location: United States U.S. State, China or Canada Provinces: Minnesota City: Eden Prairie Postal Code: 55344-3889 Relocation Assistance No Role Summary/Purpose: This role will provide Mobile Resource Intelligence and FMS customers with technical and analytical sales support to drive the achievement of customer growth, penetration and retention goals. Also delivers account support services such as proactively consulting on customer needs, delivering customer education, conducting product and services value analysis, recommending cost savings solutions, and managing processes to optimize customer fleet productivity. Essential Responsibilities - Work with the sales team and other cross-functional organizations to develop and implement plans that drive retention, penetration, profitability and growth of existing accounts. This includes supporting identified opportunities for strategic clients and high priority prospects. - As the single point of contact, act as liaison and/or advocate with internal departments and telematics supplier operational points of contact for assigned customers to ensure customer onboarding, program management, and program discontinuation requirements are met by providing a closed loop process. - Identify, refine and improve processes and develop best practices that increase team efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. - Manage large, complex operational and service projects to ensure repeatability and reliability of the systems/processes used to support customers. - Provide value-added analytical and technical support to organizations working on strategic planning and other business initiatives. - Prepare and deliver standardized and customized presentations and participate in training as required. - Serve as an escalation focal point for resolution of customer issues. - Train customers on available technologies and resources, identify customer insight needs, set up reports and access for the customer to self-serve on data requests as appropriate. - Participate in projects such as technology development and testing, LEAN initiatives and other process improvement initiatives in order to continuously improve the customer service model, drive efficiency across the operational departments and drive productivity. - Coach and mentor FMS specialists on relevant Mobile Resource Intelligence systems - j2wrah - kellyfs Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Requirements: - Bachelors degree in business, economics or finance or High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 3 years experience in financial services or relevant industry experience. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data and communicate solutions on a variety of complex issues. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with extensive experience presenting to internal and external customers. - Minimum 3 years experience in project management - Proficient in Microsoft Office products (with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint) or equivalent software application.
