Harrington Starr is working with a Financial Software Vendor to find a Senior Flex Developer to work on the development of a Greenfield software product used primarily in the Derivatives and Swaps markets. This is a unique opportunity to join an growing Financial Software house who specialise in building financial IT systems for the Derivatives and Swaps trading community.
As the Senior Flex Developer (Java, Adobe Flex, HTML, Agile, Graphics, LCDS) you will be working on the development of a highly client facing user interface that will be deployment throughout some of the leading Tier 1 Investment Banks in the UK. The Java Flex Developer will have experience in working in an agile team and work alongside Flex Developers, Graphical Design and a UX Designer to create and develop a Greenfield interface for this Swap Execution technology that needs to be highly scalable and will be used by thousands of users.
Key Technical Skills:
* Strong knowledge of Adobe Flex version 4 - Essential
* Experience with LCDS or Blazeds - Highly Beneficial
* Experience working with a UX Designer or Graphical interfaces - Highly Beneficial
* Experience working with both Greenfield and large scale projects - Highly Beneficial
* Backend Java development experience - Beneficial
