KEMBA Financial Credit Union is seeking a knowledgeable, sales-oriented professional to join its Floater Member Services team.
The Floater Member Services Representative is responsible for traveling to various branches as needed and is responsible for performing a broad variety of Member services such as opening and closing accounts, renewing certificate accounts, and assisting Members with bookkeeping and checking account challenges. This individual will also answer Members’ questions regarding their Credit Union services as well as cross-sell additional services.
The ideal candidate will have one to two years of experience in a sales/customer service environment, a strong commitment to quality and professionalism, plus effective communication and problem solving skills. Basic PC (Windows-based) software skills are a must.
