Floor Manager - Jewellery - Dublin

In partnership with our client, CPL is currently seeking an experienced Floor Manager for a Luxury Jewellery store based in Dublin city centre

The Role:
The position available is for an experienced Floor Manager to work in the store in the Dublin city centre area.
The ideal candidate MUST come from a Jewellery retail background, with a minimum of 3  years Management experience in a jewellery store. Must also have 'Diamond Specialist' experience to be considered for this role.
Candidates must come from a 5* customer service background, as this is key for the role.

Responsibilities:

To meet and greet customers

To provide the highest level of customer service at all times

To Manage and motivate a sales

To work to and achieve sales targets and KPI's

To develop and maintain excellent communication with clients

To educate customers confidently on the quality and standards of the products
   
To set up window displays and in store displays each morning, and to insure displays are broken down each
evening and merchandise is appropriately stored in the safe.

Follow up on after sales service.

Follow up on repairs from start to finish; update clients on any delays in repair or special order service.

Adheres to policies and procedures established by the company ( i.e. dress code, consignment, after sales service, return policy, valuation request, guidelines for discounting, Human Resources policies, etc….)

To report and communicate all happenings to the Store Management

Requirements:

Strong experience in a Management role in a Jewellery retail background is essential, as is te diamond specialist experience.

Strong drive for results 

Knowledge of the jewellery business and the competition.

Strong understanding of customer service needs.

Initiative in developing new ideas and new approaches to increasing business.
