Floor Managers Job in Philadelphia 19103, Pennsylvania US
Boyds, Philadelphia’s premier retail establishment is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to compliment our store management team. Qualified candidates must have demonstrated experience (five to seven years) in upscale store management, with proven leadership and people skills. Must be able to establish quick credibility and provide inspirational leadership and direction to a seasoned selling staff. Experience with goal setting and regular coaching and counseling a must. Experience with either Women’s or Men’s high end luxury retail management will be considered. Candidates must be willing/able to sell to a discerning clientele as business dictates.
Salary will be commensurate with experience. Full benefits package, including a 401K. Currently, store hours are Monday thru Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, Wednesday until 8:00 pm. The store is also closed Sundays (except during the Holidays or selected sales/events) and closed for summer holidays.
